Kristin Dolan is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of 605. She founded 605 in November 2016, bringing more than 30 years of media and entertainment experience to her role with the company.
At 605, Kristin leads all day-to-day business operations including key client relationships, product development, sales, research, finance, legal and marketing. She is also Founder and Managing Partner of Dolan Family Ventures (DFV), as well as a member of the Board of Directors for AMC Networks, The Madison Square Garden Company (MSG), The Wendy’s Company and Revlon Inc.
Most recently, she served as Chief Operating Officer of Cablevision Systems Corporation leading all aspects of the company’s cable operations and overseeing thousands of employees, including the company’s entire customer and field service workforce.
She also oversaw Cablevision Media Sales, the company’s advertising sales division, which was widely recognized for its pioneering data strategy that paved the way for an audience-driven approach to television advertising, providing deep insights into viewership in the New York DMA (the nation’s most influential viewing market).
Kristin has also previously served on the Foundation Board for SUNY Albany and the National Board for Women in Cable & Telecommunications (WICT). She received an M.A. in English literature from Long Island University, an M.S. in publishing with a concentration in marketing from Pace University and a B.A. in English from the State University of New York at Albany.

Ben Tatta is Co-Founder and President of 605. He brings more than 25 years of media, technology and entertainment experience to his role at the company, where he leads strategy, business development, data and client solutions.
Most recently, Ben served as President of Cablevision Media Sales, the television and digital sales division of Cablevision Systems Corporation, where he led the company’s overall media sales vision, strategy and plan including advanced advertising, product development and technology.
During his tenure at Cablevision, Ben spearheaded the first system-wide deployment of household-level addressable advertising and pioneered breakthrough audience measurement and analytics solutions using census-level set-top box data.
Prior to Cablevision Ben held senior leadership positions at such companies as USA Networks, IBM, ABC, Lagardere Media and eBay Enterprise Marketing. He received a B.A. in Economics from Villanova University.
Executive Vice President
Chauncey McLean is Executive Vice President of Client Solutions at 605. Over the last several years, he has spearheaded efforts to introduce randomized controlled experiments to TV advertising to optimize ad targeting and placement.
In his role at 605, he leads client sales and business development efforts for the company. Most recently, Chauncey served as Co-founder and Chief Revenue Officer of AMG, heading up sales and business development and advising campaigns for several Fortune 100 companies.
He also served as Director of Media Tracking for the Democratic National Committee during President Obama’s 2012 re-election, and was later profiled in a cover story for The New York Times Magazine.
Chauncey received a J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law and a B.A. in Political Science and Government from New York University.

Finance & Administration
Ray Casazza is Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration at 605. He brings more than 30 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, business management and development in media, entertainment and publishing to his role.
At 605, he is responsible for the company’s finance and administrative functions including human resources and legal. Prior to joining 605, Ray served as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Cablevision and Altice USA, where he oversaw budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and financial analysis.
He has also held senior positions at Scholastic, Walt Disney Company, HarperCollins Publishers and Doubleday Entertainment. Ray received an M.B.A. in Finance from The Peter J. Tobin College of Business at St. John’s University and a B.S. in Marketing from St. John’s University.

Colleen Moraghan is Senior Vice President of Data Solutions at 605. She brings more than 30 years of advertising technology, compliance, data science and media sales experience to her position.
She is responsible for the design, development and delivery of unique and effective technology-driven solutions that increase sales by using set-top box data for audience discovery, media planning and measurement. Most recently, Colleen served as Vice President of Audience Measurement at Cablevision Systems Corporation, where she oversaw the overall development, operations and strategy for Cablevision’s audience measurement data and metrics standardization.
She was also responsible for the planning and development for client measurement, analytic and planning products such as Total Audience Application. Colleen received an M.B.A in Business Administration from Hofstra University and a B.A in Communication Arts from New York Institute of Technology, and is also a long-time member of WICT (Women in Cable Telecommunications).

Charlstie Veith is Senior Vice President of Marketing at 605. She brings deep expertise across cable, telecommunications, digital media and advertising to her role at the company.
In her position, she oversees and directs the vision, strategy and execution of 605’s marketing and communication activities. Most recently, Charlstie served as Vice President of Media Relations at Cablevision Systems Corporation, where she led communication efforts for Cablevision Media Sales, Lightpath, Optimum Business and the company’s technology, network and engineering initiatives.
She had previously held a variety of senior management positions in the technology practices of premiere public relations firms such as Cohn & Wolfe and Euro RSCG Magnet (now Havas Worldwide). Charlstie has been recognized for her work on various technology campaigns throughout her career by the Wall Street Journal, PR Week, the Holmes Report and the Association of Cable Communicators (ACC).
She is a member of the ACC, Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT), Advertising Women of New York (AWNY) and CTAM in New York. Charlstie received a B.A. degree in Political Science from Lehigh University.

Chris Frommann is Group Vice President of Technology at 605, bringing more than ten years of experience in software engineering to his role. At 605, he leads the engineering and product teams in development of media planning and analysis software. Most recently, he served as a Digital Service Expert at the White House for the U.S. Digital Service (USDS). Chris was also a Founder and VP of Engineering for AMG, and together with a cross-disciplinary team of engineers, analysts and media experts, led the development of AMG’s media optimization platform and suite of tools, including OMAR and Headmaster.
Before AMG, Chris led the design and development of the Democratic Party’s state-of-the-art platform for the reporting and visualization of media spending, polling and other critical campaign data, and held a number of technical roles at startups and in industry, government and politics.
Chris received an M. Eng of Computer Science from Cornell University and a B.A. in Computer Science and Political Science from Cornell University.
Group Vice President
Peter Foley, Ph.D., is Vice President of Analytics at 605. Peter brings more than ten years of experience in consumer behavior and political modeling, statistical computing and methodology, survey analysis to his role.
At 605, he leads the analytics team and manages 605’s behavioral modeling and experimentation. Most recently, Peter served as Director of Analytics at AMG, where he managed predictive modeling for AMG’s clients, including overseeing the buildout of their automated modeling tools. He was also founder and Technical Chief of Pivotal Targeting/Lightbox Analytics.
Peter received his Ph.D. from the California Institute of Technology, where his research focused on voter ideology, ideological stability and influence, and the neurological factors underlying political preferences.
He also holds B.S. degrees in Social Sciences and in Engineering and Applied Sciences from the California Institute of Technology.
Group Vice President
Product & Client Solutions
Gaurav Shirole is Group Vice President of Product and Client Solutions at 605. Gaurav’s career has focused on building analytics products and quantitative behavior analysis for consumer businesses and political campaigns, as well as extensive tactical knowledge such as database technology and experimental design.
At 605, he manages product development and client engagements to optimize programming and audience-based advertising. Most recently, Gaurav served as Founder and VP of Product and Client Services of AMG, where he led data science engagements focused largely on target modeling and media optimization.
Before AMG, Gaurav served as a Senior Analyst in Digital Advertising for the 2012 Obama campaign and Lead Analyst for the Presidential Inaugural Committee. He also has previously held analyst positions at Bully Pulpit Interactive, Obama for America and Cornerstone Research.
Gaurav received a B.S. in Business and a B.A. in Political Science at the Haas School of Business at University of California, Berkeley.
