Kristin Dolan is Founder and Chief Executive Officer of 605. She founded 605 in November 2016, bringing more than 30 years of media and entertainment experience to her role with the company.
At 605, Kristin leads all day-to- day business operations including key client relationships, product development, sales, research, finance, legal and marketing. She is also Founder and Managing Partner of Dolan Family Ventures (DFV), as well as a member of the Board of Directors for AMC Networks, MSG Networks Inc., The Madison Square Garden Company (MSG), The Wendy’s Company and Revlon Inc.
Most recently, she served as Chief Operating Officer of Cablevision Systems Corporation leading all aspects of the company’s cable operations and overseeing thousands of employees, including the company’s entire customer and field service workforce.
She also oversaw Cablevision Media Sales, the company’s advertising sales division, which was widely recognized for its pioneering data strategy that paved the way for an audience-driven approach to television advertising, providing deep insights into viewership in the New York DMA (the nation’s most influential viewing market).
Kristin has also previously served on the Foundation Board for SUNY Albany and the National Board for Women in Cable & Telecommunications (WICT). She received an M.A. in English literature from Long Island University, an M.S. in publishing with a concentration in marketing from Pace University and a B.A. in English from the State University of New York at Albany.

Ben Tatta is Co-Founder and President of 605. He brings more than 25 years of media, technology and entertainment experience to his role at the company, where he leads strategy, business development, data and client solutions.
Most recently, Ben served as President of Cablevision Media Sales, the television and digital sales division of Cablevision Systems Corporation, where he led the company’s overall media sales vision, strategy and plan including advanced advertising, product development and technology.
During his tenure at Cablevision, Ben spearheaded the first system-wide deployment of household-level addressable advertising and pioneered breakthrough audience measurement and analytics solutions using census-level set-top box data.
Prior to Cablevision Ben held senior leadership positions at such companies as USA Networks, IBM, ABC, Lagardere Media and eBay Enterprise Marketing. He received a B.A. in Economics from Villanova University.
Chief Technology Officer
Dan Berg is Chief Technology Officer at 605. He brings deep expertise in business strategy to his role at the company, along with proven success in moving technology services and products from conception to deployment.
At 605, Dan serves as a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for the ongoing development of technical infrastructure to ingest, warehouse, organize and interact with vast amounts of consumer behavioral data. He also oversees internal IT, cyber security and other key elements of 605’s product sets.
Prior to joining 605, Dan served as an independent strategic technology consultant, working with various clients in the financial technology, legal technology and advisory services markets. He previously held a variety of senior management positions at technology companies such as Rockit Solutions, formerly a wholly-owned subsidiary of Rockefeller & Co., Inc., and First Reserve Corporation, LLC, a leading energy industry investment firm, where he served as Chief Technology Officer and Chief Information Officer, respectively.
Dan is a holder of two software patents, is a member of the Society for Information Management, and is an active participant and presenter at the UConn Stamford Financial Technology Forum. He received a B.S. in Cognitive Science from the University of Rochester and an M.S. in Computer Science from New York University.
Chief Revenue Officer
Noah Levine is Chief Revenue Officer at 605. He is a next-generation TV and digital media technology leader with over 20 years of experience in the industry.
At 605, he oversees the Sales, Marketing and Product Strategy groups as well as the development of the short and long-term product roadmap. Most recently, Noah served as the SVP, Advertising Data & Technology Solutions at Fox Networks Group, formerly comprised of TV networks Fox Broadcasting, FX Networks, Fox Sports and National Geographic. At Fox, Noah spearheaded the audience-based selling and programmatic advertising business across linear and digital. Noah was integral in the formation of OpenAP, a consortium of national TV programmers focused on advancing audience advertising selling.
Prior to Fox, Noah led the global product, partnership and go to market strategy for Adobe’s next generation IP television advertising technology offerings. At Adobe, Noah worked with both TV programmers and MVPDs to empower them to capitalize on new opportunities created by the shift to internet distributed TV. Prior to its acquisition by Adobe, Noah led client services at Auditude, a video ad serving company. Before that, he worked at Google and DoubleClick starting in 2000. Noah received a B.S. in Computer Science from Northwestern University.

Finance & Administration
Ray Casazza is Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration at 605. He brings more than 30 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, business management and development in media, entertainment and publishing to his role.
At 605, he is responsible for the company’s finance and administrative functions including human resources and legal. Prior to joining 605, Ray served as Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Cablevision and Altice USA, where he oversaw budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and financial analysis.
He has also held senior positions at Scholastic, Walt Disney Company, HarperCollins Publishers and Doubleday Entertainment. Ray received an M.B.A. in Finance from The Peter J. Tobin College of Business at St. John’s University and a B.S. in Marketing from St. John’s University.

Colleen Moraghan is Senior Vice President of Data Solutions at 605. She brings more than 30 years of advertising technology, compliance, data science and media sales experience to her position.
She is responsible for the design, development and delivery of unique and effective technology-driven solutions that increase sales by using set-top box data for audience discovery, media planning and measurement. Most recently, Colleen served as Vice President of Audience Measurement at Cablevision Systems Corporation, where she oversaw the overall development, operations and strategy for Cablevision’s audience measurement data and metrics standardization.
She was also responsible for the planning and development for client measurement, analytic and planning products such as Total Audience Application. Colleen received an M.B.A in Business Administration from Hofstra University and a B.A in Communication Arts from New York Institute of Technology, and is also a long-time member of WICT (Women in Cable Telecommunications).
Senior Vice President
Caroline Horner is Senior Vice President of Product Management at 605. She is an industry pioneer in delivering large-scale data analytics solutions that support multi-platform advertising and media businesses.
At 605, Caroline is responsible for developing and executing on 605’s product strategy for the organization’s suite of TV analytics, optimization, attribution and selling tools, as well as other key elements of 605’s product sets.
Most recently, she led TV and cross-platform product innovation at Rentrak-comScore for their advanced measurement and optimization services. During her tenure at Comscore Caroline spearheaded over a dozen new product launches.
Before joining Rentrak, Caroline held executive and innovator positions at GroupM, Dish Network and various digital and traditional agencies.
She has a B.A. in biology from Duke University, an M.B.A. in Quantitative Marketing Intelligence from UCONN, and a master’s degree in cake decorating from Wilton Industries.
Sal Romanello is General Counsel of 605. Sal brings over twenty years of legal experience to his role, having represented numerous companies in a wide range of commercial disputes, including trade secret, insurance, employment, financial services, licensing and intellectual property matters.
As General Counsel, Sal’s role at 605 includes drafting and negotiation of client and vendor agreements relating to data and information licensing, and professional service agreements, as well as providing general legal support and counsel to the entire organization.
Prior to joining 605, Sal was a partner in the Complex Commercial Litigation Practice Group at the international law firm of Weil, Gotshal & Manges, LLP, where he started his legal career in 1996.
Sal is a member of the Board of Directors of the Fordham Law Alumni Association, and Chair of its Engagement Committee. He also serves as a member of the Rockville Centre Zoning Board of Appeals. Sal previously served for nearly ten years as the Pro Bono General Counsel to the St. Baldrick’s Foundation, the world’s largest non-governmental funder of childhood cancer research grants. Sal has been recognized as a leader in Business Litigation by SuperLawyers Magazine.
Sal has a B.A. in Political Science from Yale University, and received his J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law, where he was a member of the Fordham Law Review. After graduating from law school, he served as a law clerk to the Honorable Richard M. Berman, United States District Court Judge for the Southern District of New York. He is admitted to practice in New York State, and in various federal courts throughout the country.

Client Analytics & Product Strategy
Gaurav Shirole is Group Vice President of Product and Client Solutions at 605. Gaurav’s career has focused on building analytics products and quantitative behavior analysis for consumer businesses and political campaigns, as well as extensive tactical knowledge such as database technology and experimental design.
At 605, he manages product development and client engagements to optimize programming and audience-based advertising. Most recently, Gaurav served as Founder and VP of Product and Client Services of AMG, where he led data science engagements focused largely on target modeling and media optimization.
Before AMG, Gaurav served as a Senior Analyst in Digital Advertising for the 2012 Obama campaign and Lead Analyst for the Presidential Inaugural Committee. He also has previously held analyst positions at Bully Pulpit Interactive, Obama for America and Cornerstone Research.
Gaurav received a B.S. in Business and a B.A. in Political Science at the Haas School of Business at University of California, Berkeley.
Group Vice President
Peter Foley, Ph.D., is Group Vice President of Analytics at 605. Peter brings more than ten years of experience in consumer behavior and political modeling, statistical computing and methodology, survey analysis to his role.
At 605, he leads the analytics team and manages 605’s behavioral modeling and experimentation. Most recently, Peter served as Director of Analytics at AMG, where he managed predictive modeling for AMG’s clients, including overseeing the buildout of their automated modeling tools. He was also founder and Technical Chief of Pivotal Targeting/Lightbox Analytics.
Peter received his Ph.D. from the California Institute of Technology, where his research focused on voter ideology, ideological stability and influence, and the neurological factors underlying political preferences.
He also holds B.S. degrees in Social Sciences and in Engineering and Applied Sciences from the California Institute of Technology.
